1. What we collect
When you use Eudaim, we collect: your email address (if you create an account or request a report unlock), your assessment conversation and generated report, and basic usage analytics (pages visited, timestamps).
If you make a purchase, payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). We do not store your card details — Lemon Squeezy handles all payment data securely.
2. How we use your data
Your conversation and report are used solely to generate your personalized assessment. We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversation to train AI models.
We may use aggregated, anonymized analytics to improve the product. These cannot be traced back to you.
3. Data retention
Anonymous assessments (no account) are retained for 6 hours, then automatically deleted.
If you create an account, your reports are retained until you request deletion. You can request a full data export or account deletion at any time.
4. Your reports and search engines
Your personal reports are private. They are never indexed by search engines — each report page is marked noindex and excluded from our sitemap. Only someone with the direct report link (and your account, once unlocked) can view it.
5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Under GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California), you have the right to: access your data, request a copy (data export), request deletion, and object to processing.
To exercise these rights, use the in-app data export and deletion tools, or contact us. We respond within 30 days.
6. Security
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We use Neon Postgres and Vercel infrastructure, both of which maintain industry-standard security certifications.
